1. Final Sale Policy
All sales at Shiptify are final. Due to the nature of high-tech gadgets and accessories, we do offer conditional returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped and delivered.
2. Hygiene & Technical Safety
To ensure all our customers receive brand-new, untouched, and high-quality products (especially in-ear earbuds and electronic components), we cannot accept any items back into our inventory once they have left our warehouse.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged during transit.
  • If you receive a faulty product, you must contact us at manahillqasim02@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
    • You must provide clear photos and a video of the defect.
    • Upon verification, we will provide a replacement of the same item. No monetary refunds will be issued.

    4. Cancellation
    Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placement. Once the processing has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
